Class Teacher and SENDCo required from September 2022

The Governing Body of Cropwell Bishop Primary School are looking to appoint a permanent part time teacher and SENDCo to lead the provision of SEND.

 

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the delivery of SEND and can lead its implementation throughout school. You will have high expectations of pupils and staff and be committed to the highest standards of education and secure high performance across all aspects of provision.

You will be:

 

  • a creative practitioner and inspirational with children and colleagues
  • a clear vision, energy and commitment to all aspects of school life
  • passionate about education and preparing children for life beyond school
  • a champion for our SEND pupils and parents as well as support our teachers in further developing their inclusive classroom practices
  • an excellent communicator and be able to share your vision for SEND across the relevant  stakeholders
  • Ideally will hold the SENDCo award but we will consider candidates that have not had previous SENDCo responsibility but would be willing to take on the duty
