We would always like to hear from new schools who are thinking of joining us.
There are many benefits as can be seen in presentation below - ‘An Introduction to Equals Trust’. As we are a relatively new Trust we are developing strategies and initiatives all the time, for example our ‘EQT Principles for Learning’ which is our model for Teaching and Learning implemented through the 4 Es; Expectations, Entitlement, Enrichment and Engagement. You can view the development of this on our website under Teaching and Learning where you will also see our School Improvement Strategy.
This model and all of our initiatives and strategies are made with our Leadership Group which is comprised of our Head Teachers. We also have many network groups, for example assessment, who have developed our Principles for Assessment.
If your school is good or outstanding, the Head Teacher will be a member of the Leadership Group and be involved in developing the Trust.
